What if I haven’t received a tracking number for my order?
Each day, within 24 hours of confirming your payment, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number. We also ship on Saturday and Sundays.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
For any issues with your order including missing items please use the contact form on the website. Fill in the form with your name, email, and order number then tell us the whole issue in the message section. We will respond ASAP, usually between 24 to 48 hours and fix the issue.
What is your return policy?
We can accept unopened and unused bottles if sent back within 15 days of receipt.
We can’t resell any product that has been returned regardless so should you change your mind about a purchase, make sure to do it within 15 days.
